Tanis emerges from hyperspace a day after his original entrance.

Tanis stands on the bridge to the right of the Captain as he speaks. "Scan Duxn fro sentient life forms and any hollow points beneath the ground, this place is supposed to be full of old Mandalorian war era weapons caches if I remember right, also send a comm to the Gladius and the striker I recently acquired, tell them to come here."

The captain responds quickly. "Sir, there is a small cluster of life forms south of here. Also, Gojan ordered that both your ships be loaded onboard."

Tanis comms his team, "get to the Gladius we're going to the surface, be ready in five minutes." With that Tanis turns to the captain, "I need the coordinates for that cluster of life forms sent to the Gladius." Tanis leaves the bridge and heads to the hanger containing the Gladius where his team is waiting on the bridge. "Gaius you're pilot, Ayame, I want you on the comm station and tracing any in coming comms, the rest of you sit back and relax." When the coordinates for the cluster of lifeforms get to the Gladius Tanis looks at Gaius, "take us there Gaius but be slow about it and keep all weapons powered down, I don't want to get into a fire fight just yet, I want to talk with these people."

Gaius nods as he lifts off and out of the hanger as he pilots the Gladius towards the cluster of life forms quickly but slowly enough to not seem threatening and the weapons are kept powered off as Tanis had commanded.

Tanis lands to find a small group of beings, all in Mandalorian armor. When they exit the ship, the tallest Mandalorian approaches Tanis. "What is your business here?"

Tanis examines the group of Mandalorians quickly assessing their abilities on appearance, which really isn't all that smart a thing to do, a smiles in his helmet. "I came here looking for Mandalorians and a place to set up a base." Tanis pauses for a moment and decides to go out on a whim, "I am also seeking to unite the Mandalorians as they once were during the Mandalorian war. The galaxy is going to war again and it could use the Mandalorians help, if they will give it." Tanis smirks behind his helmet once more as he waits fora reply and hopes for the best, he had not tried to trick these people hopefully that would put him in their good graces at least for a while.

The lead mandalorian shakes his head. "You will not find anywhere to stay here...this planet has been dead for nearly a century....we cleared anything of use out years ago. We can however, take you to Mandalore if you wish..."

Tanis nods and says, "that's fine, if you don't have your own ship I have plenty of room in a destroyer i have in orbit. If you have your own ship, we'll follow you." Tanis watches their response and tries to find anything that may harm him or his current crew in any way. He doubts the Mandalorians will be a problem but doesn't want to take any chances so he makes sure to watch them closely without being obvious about it.

The mandalorian nods. "We will join you onboard your ship...."

Tanis motions for the Mandalorians to board the Gladius as he boards and heads to the bridge. Once on the bridge Tanis informs his team of the new plans and orders Gaius to return to the Agamemnon once all the Mandalorians were on board. Once they were back on the Agamemnon Tanis exits the Gladius after landing and orders his team to take up positions on the bridge were they would best be suited and turns to the Mandalorian commander. "Since we are here, I would ask that you accompany me to the bridge so that you can inform our navigator of the coordinates needed, your people can take up residence in some of the quarters for the duration of the trip. If they feel the need to train there are several training area's in corridor C, past room 5. Also, all of you are free to move about the general area's of the ship, though I must ask you to stay out of any areas that I will specify," Tanis lists about five major area's of the ship that are sensitive, "other than those areas you have free reign." Tanis is actually smiling behind the face plate of his helmet. "Now if you would follow me, I would like to get there as soon as possible. Gojan will probably have plans on how to build his army already, I've no doubt he has had plans for something like this made for quite a while now." Tanis sighs as he begins the walk to the bridge staying next to his Mandalorian companion. "Speed is our ally at the moment, I hope that we are fast enough to at least warn Mandalore." As he walks to the bridge Tanis watches the Mandalorian next to him and waits for any questions that may come his way, as there would more than likely be some.

The Mandalorians follow without question. The leader gives the pilot the coordinates, then turns to Tanis Somberly. "I am not sure what you expect to find on Mandalore....but I do not think you will find it." He then walks from the room to one of the crew quarters.

Tanis looks at the pilot, "get us there, quickly." Tanis ponders what the Mandalorian leader had told him, hoping he would at least find some Mandalorians. 'what do I expect to find on Mandalore,' Tanis wondered to himself. Turning to Ayame he looked at her for a second and removed his helmet before speaking, "Ayame, I want you on the communications terminal, intercept and decode anything that's encrypted, I want information, and as much of it as possible, all channels are fair game, you have free reign as of now, especially when it comes to communications." Tanis stops talking with a somber look on his face. 'whether there are as many Mandalorians as I hope or not, they will all be neded in time,' Tanis thought as his mood went further down hill. Turning to Gaius he said,"take the pilots seat Gaius, get us there as fast as possible, one jump, that's it." Tanis left the bridge but said to the captain, "be prepared for anything." Tanis headed for one of the training rooms he had told the Mandalorians about and entered the first one he came to, pulling out his short and regular sabers he began to go through several forms he knew from watching other people do them, they were dual wielding forms, not entirely meant for the sabers he wielded, but he adjusted them for hte sabers as he went.

Tanis' orders are quickly followed out, and before long the ship has appeared from hyperspace near the planet of Mandalore. The Mandalorian's return to the bridge, and again, the leader speaks. "We cannot accompany you to see the MAndalore, but we shall tell you where to find him."

Tanis looks at the Mandalorian leader and asks,"while you may inform of where to find him, will you inform me of why you will not accompany me, I am curious, because if I can I will do something about it." Tanis put his helmet back on as he spoke, he had a slightly frustrated look on his face.

The man motions to the second Mandalorian, who walks up to the terminal and begins searching the planetary maps for the location. Meanwhile, the first mandalorian looks downward. "Let's just say that we are not welcome on Mandalore. As is the case with many others. The Mandalore has enacted some practices that many of us find to be...unacceptable."

Tanis scowls, "what has the Mandalore done to banish so many, what are these practices?" Tanis is by now not just frustrated but angry, he doesn't let it show through in his voice, and controls it tightly so that he may be able to focus it at a more worthy target, namely the Mandalore. 'Whatever the Mandalore has done, I will correct it, whether he likes it or not, he will die if necessary,' Tanis thought with a grim smile coming to his face.

The mandalorians shakes his head. "Most are not banished, they left of their own will. The Mandalore has grown greedy, and our people have been reduced to meaningless worker's, instead of the warriors we were meant to be. There is no honor in the lives of the Mandalorians now. Those who will not work for the Mandalore leave the planet. If they stay, they are put to work doing pointless tasks that benefit his will more than the good of our people. I almost wish it were so far as slavery, for then the others would surely rise up. But he has kept things just good enough to prevent that..."

Tanis growls and turns to his team, "time to put a stop to this Mandalore's corruption of a society that was once, and still should be, made for warriors, get to the Gladius, I will be there in a few minutes." Tanis turns back to the Mandalorian,"what would it take to get this Mandalore," Tanins practically spits the name,"to face me in honorable combat, as the Mandalorian's once did?"

Tanis nods,"thank you, once again your men have free reign on this ship as long as it it is not detrimental to its functioning, I will send a comm once I am done. Until then..." Tanis sends a half wave and makes his way to the hanger quickly and boards the Gladius. Once on the Bridge Tanis looks at Gaius, "you know how it goes, slow and steady, no weapons, now lets get to the surface of the planet." Tanis gave the order and left the bridge with a quick "I'll be back in a few minutes."

Tanis went to his quarters and for the first time in long while took off his armor and removed all his weapons from it. Donning the style of clothing he wore before obtaining the armor he began to put his weapons in their places. His pistols went into their shoulde holsters, the regular and short saber attached to his belt near the back, his Tonfa sabers resting in their own holsters on the small of his back, and finally his Katana crossing left to right, the hilt at his right shoulder, was attached. Pulling out an old cloak he put it on and made his way back to the Bridge as he put on his wrap around mirror tint glasses. When he got to the bridge he looked at everyone and smiled, "lets go." Gaius responded with a toothy grin and said, "already done," in the wookie language as the ship moved into space from the hangr and than slowly to the planet itself.

When Tanis arrives on planet, he is not challenged. Not until he gets close the the location they gave does he meet any sort of challenge. Guards wait outside the doors to an extremely large complex, almost like a palace.

Tanis approahces the guards slowly his team following behind him. Once in front of the guards Tanis doesn't wait for them to ask what he wants he simply staes, "I wish to speak to the Mandalore, it is a matter of great importance." Tanis doesn't hide a slight quirk of the lip all that well but doesn't particularly care.

The guards snap to attention, save one, who turns to Tanis. "If you wish to have audience with the Mandalore, you must leave your weapons in the gatehouse."

Tanis looks at the man with a raised eyebrow but nods,"so be it." Tanis opens up his cloak and begins to remove his weapons from their storage positions, his team does the same. Once all their weapons have been removed Tanis looks at the guard, "now can we go see Mandalore?"

The man nods. "Follow me." He then walks into the compound.

Tanis and his team follow the guard into the compound. As the guard leads them through the cmopound Tanis makes a note of every turn so he can find his way through the building to escape if he had to. He also takes note of various doors and other things that may allow him and his team to gain the advantage if this turned into a battle. Tanis noted that most of his team were discreetly moving their eyes about doing the same as him and smiled slightly, he looked at Arturo and noted his slight scowl. Tanis sighed thinking it was probably a bad idea to bring Arturo but he knew he would be helpful if it turned into more than just a challenge and an honorable duel that he had planned. Sighing again Tanis realized that half his plans always ended in some form of chaos or another, 'always bad for someone I suppose' Tanis thought with a mirthless laugh that was all in his head. Tanis stopped his introspection and continued to observe his surroundings as they continued through the compound.

Tanis reaches the main chamber of the palace without incident. Sitting in a chair, not quite a throne, but close, was a MAndalorian male, his appearance giving the idea that he was rather strong. "You wished to speak with me?"

Tanis examines the man for all of two seconds before speaking. "Yes I did," Tanis paaused briefly looking around the room taking note of the people present. "I will be blunt, the galaxy is going to be at war again soon and the asistance of the Mandalorians would be very much appreciated, however, my intelligence has given me certain... information. I currently dislike the way the Mandalorian society is being run, therefore, I wish to challenge you to honorable combat as the Mandalorians of old used to do." Tanis watched the man carefully gauging his response and the movement of his body.

The Mandalore looks shocked, but only for a moment. "You would dare challenge the way I run things? Mandalore has become more wealthy than ever before under my rule. However, i will accept your challenge. We shall fight with blades, nothing else."

Tanis nods, "my katana was left at the gate house as per your rules, other than that, I accept those terms." Tanis takes off the wrap around sun-glasses and and then the cloak he was wearing and hands them to Gaius and says to him in a whisper, "don't let your guard down." Tanis turns back to the Mandalore, "may i asl that this fight take place in the yard so that your men may watch?" Tanis had to hide the smirk that wanted to show on his face, and did an excellent job of it, in his opinion.

The Mandalore growls back a response. "You...I'll show you to challenge me...Someone get him his blade so we may fight...and he may lose." The Mandalore stands and walks calmly out to the courtyard.

Tanis follows the Mandalore out to the courtyard, grabbing his katana from one of the guards on his way out and faces Mandalore getting into a ready position that was loose but would allow him to move from defense to offense quickly. "When you're ready Mandalore," Tanis said with a flat voice, he was going to have to refrain from using the force, and use every skill he had learned over his twenty-three years of travel, but over all he thought this was going to be fun, in a sick and twisted way.

The Mandalore removes his cloak, revealing a solid white uniform, along with a belt that has four short blades on it. The Mandalore grabs two, one in each hand, and then walks slowly toward Tanis, both blades raised.
